returns & exchanges

As a small business I try my best to make sure every customer is happy and satisfied with their purchase. I am able to offer an exchange of goods or refund within 14 days if the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered.

damaged or faulty goods

If the product is damaged or becomes damaged due to craftsmanship, an exchange or refund can be issued within 14 days. Wear and tear is normal on handmade and vintage goods, refunds or exchanges cannot be offered for these reasons.
